Getting to IT--Whole Life Challenge

This week I am seriously back on the WLC. (Www.wholelifechallenge.com) My last try at this I averaged half a pound a day weight loss. But more important I was focused and feeling accomplished. And lately i haven't felt either. In fact the past month, at least month, I have felt worthless. I know my life is not my job but sometimes with the right shitstorm it feels like it. And sometimes it feels like you don't have a choice and like you cant say no. So for the next 7 weeks if nothing else, I just want to feel some control. I want to know that there is one thing I can center and order. I just want to feel like I am accomplishing something and if it makes me thinner and beautiful thats a plus. But for now I just want to feel like something I do matters.

Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: chicken salad(paleo mayo, mustard, hardboiled egg, chicken), romaine lettuce, strawberries, paleo dressing
Dinner: salami, frozen grapes, spoon of peanut butter
